***Please note that the customers are responsible for putting their mailing address in order for their package to be  sent to their desired destination.

If in event the customer has chosen an incorrect destination for package to be sent, the customer is responsible on reaching out to the assigned mail carrier. CSHEWINSFREEDOM is not responsible for any lost packages. It is in the hands of the customer to reach out to the mail carrier to get this resolved.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE that shipping and handling  may take 5-7 business days to ship to you depending on your location and geographical area. Please note if packages are delayed, customers are responsible to reach out to mail carrier regarding the delay.

If the shipping time is prolonged due to uncontrollable circumstances, CSHEWINSFREEDOM will reach out to the customer and inform them regarding the issue and will provide updates as soon as possible.
